Hi , i have used meraki sm from many years , now i'm facing a weird problem with android 11. i need to manage multiple samsung a32 so i install the agent and then i add it to the SM console but every device appear only on the first device registered. it seems the agent is not able to read the serial number or the imei to show each device...also the column user where normally there is the google account now is no more populated i have tried to activate developer options and enable unlock oem with no luck to register the device i enter the network code and then i select knox as i do for the previous android 8 or 9 device ...
