Yes, but they insist that the problem is with our MX100 device. Tried to reboot but still the same. The line (Asymmetric, 500/1000mbps) is ok when tested with a single PC. There is no problem with the direct/leased lines as WAN.

I have a broadband (Asymmetric, 500/1000mbps) WAN source. Bandwidth drops and also recorded high latency and high data loss. I also tried to bridge the connection using PPOE but the result is still the same. Has anybody experienced this?
