Thanks Blake, no checked that, Apple MDM push certificate it's fine, but good shout, also checked there where no Geofencing policies that would have stripped the profiles. Interesting if you go to one of the automatically assigned profiles say Systems Manager Sentry Wi-Fi, the affected Macs show that the profile is not installed.
