I have an open ticket that is now over a year old and continue to be told that this is a larger issue and that engineering is working on the issue. I was told last month it was fixed, to delete and download the Meraki Go app (powered off the IOS device (iphone 12 and did same for ipad pro) but I still get the same error when attempting to enable the security measures. My yearly subscription has been worthless at this point as I cannot turn on the security features. I searched the community but could not find anything specific to this issue so thought I would see if anyone else is truly seeing this issue. The Meraki Go support team has been "working" on this for the past year. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have asked Cisco to upgrade my AP's and GX20 to full Meraki equivalents but have not received any response to that request to date.
