I was also getting the below connection error: "The L2TP connection attempt failed because the security layer encountered a processing error during initial negotiations with the remote computer"     I checked Windows Event Viewer and found below log entry: "CoId={452A7588-0950-0002-5660-36455009D801}: The user SYSTEM dialed a connection named N4mative which has failed.
