I am getting the exact same issue with a Windows 10 laptop.   My log is filled with the error message: -   2018-09-06 09:32:16.872984 [01CE0AF8]: ConnState::sample_win_common(): NOT ASSOCIATED, not getting net states And in the Device list in the Meraki Dashboard, I get an unknown device with the device IP address but no other details ever appear. The client sync never completes.   I should note, I have two Windows 7 VM's running in VirtualBox on the same Windows 10 laptop, and they appear beautifully, so I doubt it is a firewall issue. ...
