This Might help I ran into a problem using the meraki authentication with the vpn client. Had to change the registry setting below to 1. Mapped drives where authenticating with the meraki credentials instead of the domain. Might not apply here but its worth a shot. 1.) You can set the value of the following key to 1, Hkey_Local_Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\DisableDomainCreds.
