Tip 1:  When Setting up PPOE with BT on the MX we set the Userid and password for the PPOE, but leave IP address as Dynamic.  Device was then able to connect. learned from:  community post https://community.meraki.com/t5/Security-SD-WAN/PPOE-Connection-with-Static-IP-address-and-VLAN-from-ISP-SIde/td-p/94941     TIP 2:  When you buy a license the year starts on the day its initiated.  So if you wait a month to add to portal its will be a year from when you bought not when you added to the portal.     ... This solved my problem. The only way we could get the Meraki and the PPOE to play nice was to set the Userid and password for the PPOE, but leave IP address as Dynamic. ... View more

I opened a TAC case. Unfortunately, changing the connect failure option does not change this behavior "an open connect failure policy does not apply if you enable the Disconnect button and the user clicks Disconnect," rather it only applies if the application itself fails to connect to the VPN. ... Anyconnect "Alway On" fail "Open" when disconnect

I've configured the anyconnect "Always On" feature in the profile editor. I've allowed disconnect. I've allowed the fail to to "open".
