After removing a MX67 running MX17.3 from a network in Dashboard - no psysical movement or disconnets, then I added the device into a new created network - a downgrade to MX15.44 happend. The device are fuctioning well, but I need to use AnyConnect therefore at least MX16.xx is required. When I try to upgrade, the I got the following message: here were errors in saving this configuration: Firmware Upgrade failed due to the following node_groups: XXXXXXXX. Firmware Versions MR 28 and MX 16 require nodes to be able to contact Meraki's Device to Cloud Connectivity service over TCP port 443. One or more of your Meraki devices are unable to communicate with these new servers. For more information about this upcoming change and how to resolve the connectivity issue, please go to https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/Meraki_Device_to_Cloud_Connectivity_-_FIPS. What to do? Best regards, Michael
