Hi @Mike777 if you are asking to manage your Hikvision cameras with the Meraki Dashboard or ability to manage the Meraki MV cameras with Hikcentral, then no.  If you are referring to bringing the Meraki MV video stream(s) into Hikvision's management platform, then yes, via RTSP that @BlakeRichardson mentioned.  That would apply to any 3rd party system that can ingest the RTSP stream.
