I recently purchased a MR18 Access Point from an individual. When I try to register the devices into my Meraki Account Inventory, I am getting an error that says "The Claim has failed. Please try again or contact Meraki Support" I could not find any numbers to call for Meraki Support, only this forum. can anyone help with what I should do? I have the physical unit with me and I have a valid license. Its just that I cannot get this unit added to my inventory.
