I have the same issue in two different ways (1) I have employees that I set up phones for they were in Apple ID & Meraki. They both quit, then later changed their minds after a few weeks or months & came back. I set them up with emails & phones again, got them set up in Apple Manager, and when it comes time to log them into their Apple ID on their phones - it doesn’t let me. It says to contact the system administrator, which is weird - because thats me & I have no idea what to do. Their old phones were wiped clean, so they were logged out – there was no hang up there. I can’t figure out what the issue is. I still can’t log them in. (2) I have a couple employees who have more than one device. (like an ipad & an iphone) once they log into one of them – I can’t log into the other one. And I get the same error, I can't log them into their Apple ID, it says to contact the system administrator. Please help! ☹
