Hello,    An iOS device with a MDM profile loaded on it has stopped functioning, The phone is still visible on the device page but shows 0 connectivity. The profile is non-removable from the device as I enabled the setting for staff to not be able to remove it.    I need to keep the information on the device so wiping it will not work.    I cannot send a command to try and reinstall the profile. The "Actions" section is blank.    Is there a way to remove the MDM profile from the device without wiping the device?  ... View more

Hello,   I am having trouble getting my created network to accept a static ip for a wireless cannon printer. I created this network without dhcp. I copied it from a previous one we set up for conference phones, which worked no problem with dhcp. Hello,   When pushing out our DEP profile we ran into a problem where one of our first employee's phone has been activation locked to a different management email. We do not know who it belong to but the phone does show up in our DEP, I have disabled the activation lock thru the meraki command and meraki confirms that it is successful but the activation lock is still there.... am I missing something? why can I not remove the activation lock. I have called apple but since it is still in our DEP they cannot remove the lock either.    My only option is to call our phone provider get them to remove the device from our DEP then get apple to remove the lock.   Can anyone help me out?  ... Hello,   How can I make it so employees cannot delete the MDM profile and wipe their phones. I see in privacy & lock there is allow activation lock and allow MDM lock. I have checked them but when testing on my phone I can still erase my phone and remove the management profile. On some devices profiles, In MDM commands there is Activation Lock with enable/clear activation lock then show bypass code. On other device profiles this does not show up.   There have been some employees leaving the company and whipping there phones without giving us their icloud password, bricking the phones until Apple unlocks them. Hello,   as our company continues to grow so does the amount of phones and contacts. We have just started to implement Meraki MDM on our phones. Is there a way to sync icloud and/or outlook contacts via meraki? Currently we are syncing contacts thru outlook and a plugin called codetwo but we are having issues when it comes to the email addresses in the iphone contacts list displaying correctly.    I see in MDM setting there is a setting for "contacts" but looks like it needs a host, username, password etc.    Thank you in advance    ...
