On my test kit have today reverted from firmware 26.6.1 to previous 25.14 and the problem (repeated occurrences of "Client entered wrong password") has gone away. So, dear Cisco, whatever is up with your firmware? And when can we expect a resolution? Because staying on old firmware, or living with this problem is not the answer 🙂
