No I don´t have any mail. I have purchased it from a reseller.

The problem is that it has never been claimed into the Dashboard, so I can´t find it in the inventory. I just see that it´s connected to my switch. And the accesspoint is mounted high up in the ceileing so I can´t look fpr the serialnumber.

Hi, I have a problem. I have a MR44 in my Dashboard that is connected to a switch. I can´t see the serial number and I don´t have the ordernumber either. Can Meraki find the serialnumber if we have the MAC adress ? The MR is mounted at the ceiling very high up so I have a problem to get to the MR to check te serialnumber. Best Lena
