Hi, I have a chance to buy Cisco Meraki Z3C for the price of a better home router, and I`m looking into that. The question is can it be used and managed as a standalone device without a Cloud subscription? I know it is not a typical home router, but I like Cisco devices and since it can be bought for the descent price that is the reason that I`m considering it. I would use it as a gateway and AP for my home network, so can it work like that without the purchase of licenses, and subscriptions ( Gateway and two SSID's)?  (I do not know what type of licenses are on it now or is there anything at all, and I can`t check that).
