"Mr. Slim" cools it, and does a pretty terrible job. This noise is horrendous but I've been told because of budget it is what it is. We did have the AC repair guy out three times and he couldn't fix it. I actually became pretty familiar with the guy, who wanted me to call him when it "made the noise again." So I called him, said "Let me play you the song of my people" and he still couldn't hear it. We then determined that the AC guy might have a hearing loss issue.  ... View more

This took me, myself, and I a couple months [approvals, third party communications, etc]  If cabling was the only responsibility I had, it wouldn't have taken so long. It still needs work. There are several UPS's in there.  ... View more

Your Facebook page should look like this if you are an admin for the business page you are trying to pair.     When you become the admin of your business Facebook page it will also show as a part of your personal profile. [see snippet )   If you don't see either of these things than you don't have the admin privileges to your business page, which is why it isn't populating.      ... View more

Yes real SSIDs, and if you're in the service drive, connectivity isn't reliable.    The service drive is nearest several large apartment complexes, my main source of interference. Seems kind of like WiFi wars.  I'm always changing channels and trying to do the best I can. We have an overflow lot that I 'm probably going to have to get another stadium antenna to reach because we are growing and the techs are using their laptops in the vehicles to get the vehicles running and it's maybe 50 feet away from one of the complexes.     Inside the drive, I have techs that download files from Ford as a part of the process in the program to program vehicle electronic control modules and if there's an issue with the download it will blow the module and we have to tow the vehicle out of the drive because the car is dead. I've since run another switch and ethernet to almost every stall [20? 2000 feet of cable] and now when they are programming, they use a 20 ft cable and hook up because of the wireless issues. We are hiring more techs that I wasn't anticipating at the time and the runs are a major pain so I was hoping there would be an answer out there, other than using kali to add to the deauths that are already being sent, which in itself, seems slightly humorous but mostly ridiculous. It would be nice if we could all agree on channels and come to some sort of understanding but I'm not going to go knocking any doors....Imagine saying, "Hello, are you the owner of ""PrettyFlyForAWiFi" ?" ......no thanks.   A lot of the others that are unrelated to this are vehicles, most have the capability to produce their own SSID at this point, at least that's what I'm seeing.   I'm surprised there aren't city ordinances or something like that to govern this kind of thing.   ... Yeah we weren't really looking into using chatbots on the landing page per se. Actually got the splash page integrated with the CRM but further uncontrolled human interaction created a giant roadblock.  ... View more

I keep seeing this error occurring, has anyone else run into this? We do not have a traditional server set up, not all domain joined. The only common denominator seems to be the systems manager agent, I'm wondering if it is trying to domain join us with Azure AD. This is causing computers to randomly shut down. Have the public WiFi at our "store" splash page going to a simple custom-hosted splash page which asks for first name, last name, and email address to proceed to the internet.     This information is then directed into our CRM tool as a lead with source "Dealer WiFi Portal," which will join either an existing CRM profile [sales history, call history, etc] and show lead history or create a new lead if the customer is new to us. End result being, customer engagement with salesmen, even if they aren't buying today.    Implementation---   I don't have a server that can handle the size of events necessary to finish the CMX API. I do have the system log server which I can write a script and serve/forward that information as to location so that the salesman knows in what general area the customer is in.  [Service Department, Sales Department, etc]. Having this information changes the type of employee that needs to be facing the customer, be it a service advisor, salesperson, parts, etc...so when these leads come in to the CRM tool, it's difficult to know what to do with them, other than know that the customer is on site. Or, I'm thinking I can write a script to grab that information and push it to the endpoint that the lead is already going to, which could work. But then running into another problem....   If a salesman has been working with this particular customer and halfway through the deal, the customer decides to connect to WiFi and it links to their profile, and it connects their profile, how does the customer relationship management team know in their segregated office that this person has been here, is with the customer, and this does not need to be treated the same as a customer that is doing initial connection and is a true sales lead or someone that needs to be engaged?  The customer relationship team gets penalized for not responding to the lead within a certain time frame, which is where we run into the problem, not overrunning the customer with a phone call [which completes the CRM team's process] but also directing the employee type to engage with the customer and closing the gap.   Thanks   ...
