Unfortunately some of the original Meraki gear like Solar and Mini went Eod-of-Support a couple years ago so probably not much you can do with them in this case without native Dashboard access, you wouldn't really be able to call into Meraki Support anymore on these.  https://meraki.cisco.com/support#policies   ...
