Hello, My very first attempt at Cisco administration and it is really baffling... I am trying to get some phone support but it keeps asking me for 8 digit customer number but i can't find it anywhere and where people say under my profile link drop-down is empty. Please see below: the status license says it is required and can't find how to proceed on that... so basically, i can't go forward and i can't get help. Anyone can shed light on this? TIA...Q
