Hi Philip, Thanks for the Link. It solved the way we addressed the Problem. We had the routing on the MX as designed. After a request of Multicast we needed 2 Interface on the Switch. And just as Karstenl says don't like the Idea that the switch is tarting routing also. Thanks for the Link.

Hi All we need 2 Interface with L3 Function because of Multicast. All Routing is down on the MX attached to the Switch. But at the Moment I activate the second L3 Interface on the Switch the Switch starts routing between them. Is there a way to blick this? because ACL on Switch will block even traffic coming from the Firewall 😞

Yes, but 🙂 you see where the traffic goes to but not from where it comes 😞 even if you export it to excel you denote have more infos.

Hi All We have a MS425 Core Switch hosting around 30 VLAN's. I need to be able to Monitor how much and witch InterVLAN traffic is happening to design future ACL. AS of today I know Netflow is still not possible on MS425 Switch. Does somebody ha a good idea how I could Monitor the inter VLAN traffic for about a Week? Regards Michel Rueger

It is written that this policy will be applied to all client in this VLAN. SO if I add a bandwidth of 100MB in this Policy each client will get 100MB but I want 100MB for all client in this Network (VLAN)

Hi, all I am looking for a solution to limit bandwidth on the MX for a specific VLAN (Guest) I want to limit bandwidth to 100MB/S for the VLAN so all client together do not get more than this. Has somebody an idea how to make this. As in the Traffic Shaping Page it is always per client. Regards Michel Rueger

We have a customer want to filter sexual and porno content on the MX in the Layer 7 Filter there are no Group for this. Does any Body know how to do this? as alle comparable product have this kind of filter. I am even pretty sure it was there one or two years ago. Happy for any Help

Hi, I also would Use the MR74 and why are you not Putting the one one with is close to the building on LAN and a second MR74 just on power at the end of the Parking slot as repeater so you are sure to cover them all. have a look at this: https://documentation.meraki.com/MR/WiFi_Basics_and_Best_Practices/Wireless_Mesh_Networking I have done this several times and it works perfekt. regards Michel

Hi All, We have a Meraki WLAN Guest SSID going into a Bridge VLAN, on Meraki Switch, true a Meraki Firewall into the Internet. As it is a Guest VLAN we activated the Layer 2 Isolation. now we need to Whitelist 1. MAC Address witch should be Accessible to all Guest in this Network. I am happy about any idea how to to this. Hi All, I had the same Problem over and Over again. If it happen just go to this Google Page https://play.google.com/work/licenses/apps and login with the Google Admin account you used for the Adroid Enrolment. there you can Approve the apps as well. Works with any Browser 🙂 the Approved apps will be taking over to the Meraki MDM

If I could get a Change to add a Function to the Dashboard i would add that if you have a MV Camera and a Area of interest it could be used true mqtt so realtime Alerting is possible with Meraki MV Cameras without need of detection of Person!!! This would be a great step forward to add a simple function all other Camera vendors have by standard. Regards Michel Rueger

Hi all, I just wanted to use the Meraki MDM to toggle the Bluetooth on my IPhone 8 true the Dashboard. I have Software Version 13.2.3 on my IPhone and using the latest MDM App. The Dashboard tells that starting 11.3+ it is Working but there is still the Error. Does any Body already experienced with this?

Hi all, We have a lot of older Cisco 2602 AP and we need to connect some Coffe Machine to the Network. (this is not a Joke) if we now configure the correct SSID on the Cisco AP (even with open security) the Cisco AP is not Connecting to the Meraki AP. dies anybody done this type of configuration yet? Thanks for any Help
