Hi, MS120-48-HW on the datasheet says 'features fanless operation'. a partner had ordered once, and they received it WITH the fan. we need to order again now but not sure of what's the procedure. Can you please guide as to what part number or procedure was used to order MS120-48-HW specifically to be WITHOUTa fan? thanks.
