Hi @BlakeRichardson. I've tried a different internet connection but still no joy. I have other iPads that are working fine through the main connection we have here. I've tried re-enrolling the device but the Profile Installation is disabled. Here is a screenshot of the 6 devices on the dashboard: I've reinstalled 10562 and that has connected back to the dashboard. Nothing has changed that should have made these all disconnect around the same time.
