I did not disable NAT-T. I just removed the unused algorithms. AES128, MD5, etc. The only things left are AES256 & SHA1. Timers are 28800. No PFS. Also, the firmware on the MX is 14.40. Not sure what the ASA is though. So far it has been up and stable since my last post. I hope this helps someone.
