On my demo MR36, the IoT radio was configured to serve ESLs (SES imagotag), it worked fine. Then, I needed to demonstrate MT14s, so switched back the IoT radio to BLE mode (disabled ESL), but even after an upgrade to  MR 28.6.1, a reset, none of my previously connected MTs are able to connect back on the MR36!   I have to say I had the exact same issue when I got the MTs ... and don't know exactly how we fixed it, due to the fact I did multiple up & downgrades, resets, power down&UP, etc.   Is this a known issue? Is there anything I can do more/better to troubleshoot this, please?   (I got a comment from the MT14 Beta program support, it seems the BLE process doesn't start correctly on the MR after this config change.
