New beta 18.103 is released , had to rollback to 17.10.2 on MX64 due to poor performance, went from 100/100Mbit/s to 15/15Mbit/s.

Correct, they are different splash pages, but it seems that it is only for the wireless splash page you can do a client splash bypass via a group policy...

Hi, I have a combination of wired and wireless users behind a MX using splash pages. Wired clients comes in to MX on separate VLAN. We have a GPO called Bypass_Splash attached to a number of wireless clients which works as expected. The Group policy setting for bypass splash seems only to affect Wireless clients so when we attach the Bypass_Splash GPO to a wired client it does nothing... Is there any way to make specific mac addresses bypass splash for wired clients other than moving these clients to another VLAN ?

You can do a bulk placement for devices on network per network basis via Network Wide -> Map and Floorplans -> Click Place devices on a map, mark all devices and choose "Edit" -> Geolocate -> Enter Address. Don't forget to click "save device placements" . * Edit - this only moves the devices on the map to the correct map location, it does not set the address on the actual device.

MS120 is as of today orderable! Comes in a number of variants, the 8 port is available as full PoE or half PoE variant. Also 24 and 48 ports of course with or without PoE.
