no I get that part, and we have that working.  Azure has a route for 10.0.0.0/8 pointing to the vmx and all the terrestrial branches are tunneled to the VMX and working.   Our issue is how to also present these same Azure servers as fixed publc ips natively out of Azure so they can be accessed by internet users.  I'm not that versed on the Azure side so sorry if my description may not be clear ...
