@jkoch22 I'm seeing the same thing with my APs (they're all MR44).  Random access points across all sites not allowing clients to connect to 5Ghz, and 5Ghz showing 100% utilization.  Rebooting the access point gets clients connected to 5Ghz again.     Speaking with Meraki support, it sounds like it's a firmware bug and they've advised me to roll back to firmware 31.1.8.  Haven't had a chance to do that yet. ...
