Hi everyone, I'm currently running into an issue while trying to renew/upload a license for my MX100. The device previously had an Advanced Security license, but I am now trying to apply a new Enterprise license to it. The dashboard isn't allowing me to complete the process. I understand that Meraki generally doesn't allow a "mix and match" of license tiers within the same organization. What is the best way to handle this transition? Do I need to contact Cisco Meraki Support to manually adjust the license tier for my organization, or is there a way to do this directly from the Dashboard? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
