I am writing this on Nov 15th at 10am Eastern. Our company has a main office and a satellite office - both with Meraki Go GX50  routers and connected via a VPN tunnel (yes we know that are at end of life)   We had web portal access to the satellite office - but had lost access to the main office. Meraki tech support was surprised that we did not have access to the main office and proposed that they unbind our account from the routers - so that we (allegedly) reconnect our account to the routers.   Sadly that process (late in the day on Friday) brought down both routers! (I think they are both on factory defaults) Naturally that also means that our VPN tunnel is down.   We need some who can urgently help us on the phone or via What's App We will pay you what you need.   Please respond ASAP if you really know Meraki Go routers.   ...
