This is what came back from Meraki support after 2-1/2 weeks, "The issue of being unable to define custom recipients for motion alerts is currently being investigated by our development team, the issue has been replicated and they are currently working on a fix."

I have a ticket open with Meraki, they are just dragging their feet and looking at logs and testing this and that when it is obvious to me. Just wonder if anyone else is having this issue.

For Cameras, "Custom recipients for motion alerts Show additional recipients" section of alerts, it does NOT let you save the email addresses that you added in the recipients field, it just disappears after you click save.
