I am having the exact same issue. Windows Server 2012 R2 Logs in NPS show successful authentication but client will not pass traffic. Windows 10 1803 and 1709 Rebooting the AP's fixes the issue but only temporarily. They are all on the latest firmware. Any updates on this?
