Upgraded to the latest firmware - 31.1.5.1 - from 30.7 last night and one of my CW9162I access points is doing this. Prior to the upgrade, everything was fine. Rebooted the access point and cycled the port on the switch (Aruba 2930F) but it is still negotiating at the degraded speed.
