Just an update:   We do not have or use an MX Firewall.  We are only using the Meraki Switches and Access Points.  We have the VPN category blocked at our Firewall, but just wanted to add an extra layer of security and prevent it in the Firewall and Traffic Shaping if it was an option.   Thank you! ...
