The ECMS is considered the ENTRY level training whether you are administrating one single instance or many instances. The great feature in the Learning Hub is that you a select what you want to go enroll in and take or learn about.  Individual modules would likely help your in-house crew however they only give you a completion at the end when finished versus a certification.  Hope this helps.   ...
