I've facing the same issue, but turns out to be a Meraki device issue - A software bug in Meraki device stops assign the IP address to client after handshake, causing client VPN ERROR 720. - Re-enable the client VPN function on that Meraki device will clear the IP pool, thus fix the VPN 720 issue. ...
