client are expericing voice hatching : every thing looks good in dashboard ( all is green!)
VOICE CALL full web to AWS and salesforce . no latency, no high usage of ap . WIFI is only on 5Ghz and 20Mhz channel wide. clients are well dispatched into differents AP cell ( 24 clients ap1, 20 on AP2.... ) ; all devices are macbook pro
snr is optimal .
any idea ?
