on the summary report on the dashboard the, "Top applications by usage" shows what is being used but not who is using it.
is there any way i can find out who is is using an application without going in to each network?

in case you generate a report per network, you'll see "Top clients by usage".
If you are using Active Directory then you can tie that in to get more information. Not the greatest for logging.
