Could Meraki do the email/SMS confirmation to use the guest WiFi ? And could the admin record monthly users email/telephone no?

You also should be able to pull all needed information via Dashboard and / or API.

You can pull email addresses.  Not sure about phone numbers.

I tried both your solutions, but it just opens a login page in new browser tab. I can access the internet normally, no need to login first. And show the login tab above page. 😅 How should I do?
