Why Latency Graph on MR's missing?

Hello Everyone,

I am  new here and I know it's too early to ask but here it is,

I am missing the latency graphs on MR's Performance page. I have already one thread about it in this forum which is about one month old.

Is anyone else missing latency graphs on their MR's performance page?

All Available access points at different sites are showing a blank Insufficient data

Support says it's a known issue.

I need that data 😞 😞

I can confirm that upgrading the network with the MR36s in has fixed the issue, the blue arrow below is when the network was upgraded:

@Yantrib what models and firmware are you running

On 29.1 with an MR55 and MR56 I get graphs

On 28.6 with MR33, MR42 and MR52 I get graphs, but with an MR36 or MR46E I get "Insufficient data".  Looks like time to upgrade networks with WiFi6 APs
