WIth the Apple devices MFA not working with the Microsoft Entra ID Integration with Splash Page

Hi,

With the Apple devices CNA browser Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is not working with the Splash page integrated with Microsoft Entra ID.

Any one faced this kind of issue and any possible solution to resolve the issue. Don't see this issue with the Android devices.

Modify your splash page to force users to open the login in Safari, bypassing the CNA browser.

Take a look at this.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Please, if this post was useful, leave your kudos and mark it as solved.

This isn't a solution, just a link to a Microsoft page. A Meraki setting is needed to direct mobile devices to use an installed browser instead of the CNA. As of 1/7/26, I don't believe this option exists. Perhaps open a case with Meraki support/TAC? We currently created a CAP to disable some additional security but restricted logins to our IP address.

Could you let me know if you found a solution for this?

Create a CAP to prevent MFA on your Cisco Meraki application only. Restrict sign-ins to only your public IPs.
