User not able to access specific Wifi

One of the user is not able to connect to a particular Wifi where are other users can connect to that wifi in the same machine.

THis is a certificate based authentication for this Wi if.

Please suggest what can be done

Go to Wireless -> Monitor -> Health. Click on the tap Connection log.

Filter for the last 12 hours and filter for the specific client.

At the time where the client is failing when connected, what does it say?

Also what errors do you see in the logs on your Radius server?

8 out of 10, if others are able to authenticate with certificate expect for the one client, it is most likely a certificate error. Either it's expired or there's an error in the certificate. Or the client is being profiled incorrectly on your RADIUS server.

certificate is not expired it will expire will be in 2026. there are two different wi-fis using the same radius server. one is getting connected and other is not getting connected. if profile is configured wrong them user should not be able to access other wifi

Have you collected logs from your Radius server?

Do you have 802.11r or 802.11w enabled?

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Others have already hinted at this.  Personally, I would first start with your RADIUS server.

Did it deny or allow access?

If it denied - why does it say it denied access.  Fix that.

If it allowed access, check out @rhbirkelund 's comments.

If it is allowed and still not working, update the WiFi drivers.  Go to the actual WiFi NIC manufacturer's website (such as Intel, Broadcom, etc) and not the manufacturer of the machine (such as HP, Dell, etc).

ps. If you are using Microsoft NPS, filter the security log on the NPS server for Event IDs 6272 and 6273.
