Traffic shaping rule on MR Meraki

Hello,

i'm trying to setup traffic shaping rule on MR57. Here is my setup: there is a static IP address for device set on FortiGate. One SSID is used by quests and currently there is traffic shaper set like this.

Tried to add rule for one specific IP (static from FortiGate):

but for some reason it's not working. Am i missing something or did something wrong ?

How did you test this?

By running test on fast.com - where it shows only 25 Mbps, sometimes even less, sometimes few Mbps more, but nothing unusual that would indicate it is working how it should.

Your mistake is that you're limiting it by both client and SSID, and the rule only ignores what is configured per client.; try adjusting the SSID parameter.

If you only want to do this for a single user, I would delete those changes you have done, and create a group policy with a speed limit, and then apply that to just that one client.
