Hi,

   I'm trying to claim e new MR33 to the inventory, but I receive the message in object, refered to the serial number inserted.

Searching from the inventory I cannot find this device, it has newer been used.

How can I fix the issue?

This message usually means that the device is claimed on another organization.
If you haven't done this, you should call support.
