Tablets can't connect to SSID using OWE

Hi all,

When trying to configure an SSID with OWE as encryption and AD as a sign-on method, we encountered an issue when connecting to the SSID using an iPad 9th Gen (IOS18) and a Huawei tablet. 

Using other encryptions besides OWE and no issues are encountered. 
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

Also is there a list of devices that are compatible with Meraki's OWE?

Does that model of iPad support OWE? I see the list of supported iPads mentions Pros, Airs, and Minis only.
