Still OFFLINE ststus

Hello, I would like to use access point GR10 with GS110-8 and GX20. I still have OFFLINE status on GR10  despite the correct connection to the GS110-8 and to the Internet, in the second GX10 everything is fine. I dont understand what is the problem.

There is a specific community for Meraki GO.

Could be a faulty device or need a factory reset.

There's a community specifically for Meraki Go here. They might be able to provide further insight.

Otherwise you might need to contact Meraki Go support.

Thank you for your help, in the meantime I found a solution - I removed and re-added the device in the admin panel 🙂
