About splash page, I checked Splash page documents and find we can control length of session by "&duration=3600".
Is there any way to grant one client device for only 3 times per day by PHP codes?
Its your code. You can keep track of how many times they log in, and then just don't grant access when it exceeds whatever threshold you want.
