SSID with Google Auth

Hello,

i had a ssid with 

PSK (WPA3-SAE)

Google Auth Sign in Method

with no VLAN tag

and  configure my domains in the spalsh page

I get the google Auth email Adresse window but then i click ongoing nothing happens and i get a error 400 

Had anyone an idea ?
