SSID is not broadcasting

Hello Experts,

I brought a meraki from USA to India, which was working fine in USA.

When i connect the meraki to my home router it does not broadcast the ssid, when i connect via hotspot it works.

looks like my meraki is getting blocked by router settings.

is there any settings i need make on my local router.

When i tag a vlan id, ssid does not broadcast..

A couple things you might check.  Since you relocated the device got to Network-wide->General and see if the Country/Region has changed or needs changed.  Not sure what India's regulations would be.  While you are on that page check to ensure the timezone is correct.  Finally, go to Wireless->SSID availability, make sure the SSID you are looking for is in the drop down box at the time and see if there is a Scheduled availability on it.

You may need to factory reset the AP.

Head in the Cloud

Is the status light orange? or green? or blue?

When orange, your accesspoint can´t reach the cloud config.

Thanks for the replies.

@BlakeRichardson

Meraki broad casts when connected to one internet provider and does not work on the other provider.

@redsector When its not working all the lights are green,

@Jwiley78 Tried the setting. did not help.

@Pavan84 have you checked this documentation. If that doesn't work you will need to call support.
