Revoke successful WiFi AD access

Hi,

I have enabled the Sign-on with Active Directory on our MX device for an SSID.

How do you revoke this access for a device/user?

Ive tried forgetting the device in the dashboard and setting the splash page renewal to 30 mins, but once the device has been accepted, forgetting the SSID on the device and reconnecting it doesn't bring up the captive portal login again.

Thanks

Gary

Hi @GaryJ You should be able to revoke the client authentication from the client's page on the dashboard as shown in the below-mentioned document. Once you revoke the authentication, the client will be forced to go through the captive portal again.

Hi Raj,

Thank you for that, works perfectly. Had a feeling it would be buried somewhere.

Thanks

Gary
