Reason: reserved-->Failed connection to SSID during authentication.

Hi!

Any Idea what "reason reserved" implies here? what does cause it and how to mitigate it?

Image below is only clients from one access-point. And this is the same for other access points.

I have more than 300 AP in a Warehouse environment. Trucks with handscanners and PDAs moving around between APs and they lose connection and sometimes cannot get connected.

Both 2.4GHz and % GHz are active on the SSID.

can you take a look at the wireless eventlog at that same time to see if there is more info.
